Blue Sport Stable
The Blue Sport Stable is a 186,000 sq/ft multi surface facility located in Superior, CO. It is conveniently located 30 minutes from Denver International Airport and 10 minutes from Broomfield Rocky Mountain airport.
The Stable has two NHL-sized ice rinks, one small ice rink, one turf field, three full-size basketball courts, which convert to five volleyball courts and/or twelve pickleball courts, three batting cages, two weight rooms, a yoga studio, and a CrossFit area. The facility also has a coffee shop, Floyds Barbershop, Eatery (Restaurant and Bar), seven indoor golf simulators, physical therapy, other medical services, and a preschool.
The facility is home to the RoughRiders Sports Club which has competitive and recreational sports teams/programs in Hockey, Baseball, Basketball and Volleyball.
RoughRiders Courts
Our courts include 3 basketball courts that can be converted to 5 volleyball courts as well as 11 indoor pickleball courts. Our facility can be reserved for practices, leagues, tournaments, camps, birthday parties, or other special events.
The Eatery provides the ultimate viewing area with their high-top bar seating that overlooks the courts.
Impact Sports
Impact Sports Performance/RoughRiders Fitness operates within the Blue Sport Stable. As part of our commitment to athlete development, RoughRiders' players receive a complimentary Athlete Membership to Impact Sports Performance/RoughRiders Fitness.
With this membership, players can participate in an unlimited number of classes each month, catering to their individual requirements, be it strength training, cardiovascular enhancement, yoga, or post-tournament recovery sessions. Impact Sports Performance provides top-of-the-line strength training equipment, including Olympic racks, compact cable stations, and free weights, ensuring our athletes have access to everything they need for their strength training regimen. Our weight room is meticulously designed to facilitate team workouts, small group sessions, and individual training programs. Additionally, our facilities feature a dedicated yoga studio, boxing studio and CrossFit Box, further enhancing the holistic approach to athletic performance.
Indoor Turf Fields
Sandlot Baseball - an informal and casual style of baseball typically played in open fields, empty lots, or other improvised indoor locations, rather than in organized leagues or formal baseball fields. It’s often associated with pick-up games amongst friends or local residents who come together for the love of the game.
Our indoor turf is of exceptional quality and has the capacity to accommodate a variety of activities, including knocker ball, dodgeball, soccer, and new this year, live baseball games. This makes it an ideal venue for birthday parties and other events. With our indoor turf, you can be assured of a safe and enjoyable experience, regardless of the activity you choose.
Blue Sport Stable Offerings
Bumper Cars
A fun and interactive activity for the entire family! Spin, glide, bump and slide across the ice during one of our bumper car sessions. Ice Bumper Cars are available for birthday party, team/corporate events as well as individual drop-in sessions.
Birthday Parties / Events
Look no further... The Blue Sport Stable is able to offer a variety of packages to fit the needs of any birthday party, corporate event or social gathering. Packages available on-ice, on the turf, on the courts or in the restaurant.
On-Ice Classes
We cater to all ages and skill levels with our wide range of on-ice classes. Choose from a variety of Learn to Skate classes to accommodate those skaters just starting out as well as those that have been skating for years. Classes are offered on several different days and times per week.
Not quite ready for skates? The Stable offers a Hockey Tots program for our youngest kids to get comfortable on the ice.
