Colorado RoughRiders-Superior
The RoughRiders provide comprehensive programs that help all of our athletes, from the beginning player to our elite national level players, become the best players and people they can be. It is our goal to provide a safe and positive environment where all children feel valued and can feel great about their accomplishments. Most importantly, we hope that after our players have moved on from our organization, they will realize lifelong benefits from their experience with Colorado RoughRiders.
WHERE:
Practices and Home games are held at the Blue Sport Stable in Superior.
TOURNAMENTS:
4th - 8th Grade: Superior, Denver, and Lakewood
9th- 12th Grade: Local, Regional and National Events
Our athletes will be members at Impact Sports. This allows them to attend unlimited training and recovery classes each week. Impact Sports offers over 200 classes per month allowing each athlete the opportunity to train at a time convenient to their schedule.
Fall Season
(August-November): In the fall there is not a league offered for players; however, there are tournaments that occur. Tournament weekends will be entered into the Crossbar app to assist with planning, but final tournament schedules are often not published until a few days prior to the event.
Winter Season
(November-March): Both league and tournament games are offered during the winter season. Typically the league is from December-March and teams will also participate in 1-2 local tournaments.
Spring/Summer Season
(March - July) Both league and tournaments are an option. (2) practices per week. The appropriate schedules and programs are determined once rosters are built. (6-8) Tournament weekends will be entered into the Crossbar app to assist with planning.
The Colorado RoughRiders have established a partnership with the basketball skill development team at Elevate Your Game (EYG) http://eygbball.com. EYG offers individual, small group and large camps, all year round.
