Carissa Crutchfield
Director of Lady Rough Riders

Carissa is in her 3rd season as the Director of the Lady Roughriders.

Carissa is originally from Oklahoma and moved to Colorado in 2018. She played in the BIG 12 Conference at Oklahoma State University before Transferring to the PAC-12 at University of Arizona. She furthered her Career playing professionally overseas (2014-2018) in Russia, Turkey, Israel, Spain and Portugal.

During her off season from playing she lived in California where she was the Assistant Coach at Great Oak High school where they made their run in the Elite 8.

Now Carissa takes her passion and knowledge from playing basketball to helping young female athletes in their journey.

Emily Stucky

Emily Stucky is originally from Pretty Prairie, Kansas. A four-time high school All-State selection, she went on to be the starting point guard for Barton County Community College, the University of Wyoming, and Hastings College. Following her playing career, Emily became the assistant coach at Hastings College. During her four-year tenure, the team won back-to-back NAIA National Championships. Emily is currently the head coach at Stargate High School in Denver, Colorado, and a basketball skills instructor for Stucky Hoops.

Amaka Uzomah

I am originally from Houston, Texas. I was a former collegiate athlete at CSU, Colorado State University. I graduated in May of 2009. After graduating,  I continued my basketball career overseas, playing in Portugal, Spain and Ukraine. During my years overseas I had the opportunity to coach kids from different Countries. It was an experience that will never be forgotten.

Currently I Coach basketball at Horizon High school where I have had the opportunity to appear in the Elite 8 (3) years in a row as well as enter the State Tournament for the past nine years. I love mentoring young woman athletes to be the best version of themselves.

As coaches I believe we have a tremendous responsibility to unlock our athletes unlimited potential! The unseen hours you put into your craft as a player or coach, the inner voice that tells you to keep going - keep pushing - this is my inner voice - and this drive is what I hope to inspire in those I coach.

Danna Jenkins

Before I began my coaching career I played 4 years at Missouri Baptist University where I earned my degree in Sports Management. After Graduating I moved back to Denver, Co., and began my coaching career at Prospect Ridge Academy in 2018. I am currently a High school girl's basketball Coach and a Player Development Trainer.

As a basketball coach, I am passionate about helping players develop their game skills, as well as helping them grow as a person on and off the court.
